Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

As soon as we get an order our Kalakars get down to ready the product for you and ship it. If due to some reasons they miss out on their kalakari then only we take a maximum of 2 Days to ship your order from the date of placing the order. Otherwise orders are shipped on the same day or the next day.

We use 3rd Party courier service to ship your order. As soon as the order is shipped we update you with our courier partner’s name & the tracking information.

Orders Received on Sunday or National Holiday are dispatched on the following Monday or next working day respectively.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order you can mail it to us on contact@desikalakar.in

Please note the order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped you cannot cancel it.

For prepaid orders the amount will be credited back into the same payment mode which you have used for making the payment in maximum of 10 working days.

Return Policy

For returning the product you will have to send us a request on contact@desikalakar.in Please do not forget to mention your Order ID in the mail. Return of the product will only be allowed in the following cases –

  1. You have received a damaged product
  2. The product has print issues
  3. Fit is not proper

For all the above reasons you will have to send us a Photographic or Videography proof on our WhatsApp No. 7000624336 or you can also mail it to us on contact@desikalakar.in

Our Kalakars will process your request and if it will be found as genuine then we will send you a replacement of the mobile cover. You need not send the product back to us.

Incase you do not want the replacement and would like to have your money back you can self-ship the product back to us on the following address –

We would recommend you to self-ship the product through Speed Post (Service of India Post). After receiving the product & checking it we will credit 100 Points in your account (Reimbursement for courier charges) which you can use to make a purchase in future from our website.
